Discover the Secret to Total Mind-Body Transformation

Holistic Wellness Coach Maria Jurado “Suniti”’s approach to wellness goes far beyond traditional health practices. Blending emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing, she guides individuals to reconnect with their essence and unlock hidden potential.

From her innovative Essential Dance meditation to cutting-edge tools like cellular biohacking, Maria combines ancient practices with modern technology to create personalised paths for transformation.

In this exclusive  interview, she shares how conscious movement, energy work, and holistic alignment can awaken the mind, body, and soul, both in private sessions and immersive retreat experiences that leave participants renewed, empowered, and deeply aware of their own strengths.

Your work blends emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing. How would you describe your approach to holistic wellness in your own words?

Health is a holistic state, from consciousness to the densest levels of being. The work begins with cultivating a daily balance, aligning yourself with what your soul is meant to accomplish at this level. From there, the other layers—mental, emotional, energetic, and physical—fall into alignment.

You created Essential Dance, a meditation method through movement. How did this practice emerge, and what makes it different from traditional meditation techniques?

This technique is inspired by the Tandava tantric practice, as well as by my extensive experience guiding Osho active meditations. My work as an actress—expressing emotions, finding my voice, and working with Reiki and energy—is a fusion of many approaches. The work involves unlocking, from the body, whatever needs to be released in order to enter into silence.

Movement, especially conscious dance, can unlock deep emotional release. What shifts do people commonly experience through Danza Esencial during your retreats?

During the sessions, I channel and allow myself to be guided by what is needed. I use music, and the practice is done with eyes closed and feet firmly grounded. It’s a space to be free, where pent-up emotions can surface and be acknowledged.

A key part of your work involves helping people transform limiting beliefs. How do you guide someone through that inner rewiring process?

Sometimes I’m very direct. When I notice it, I communicate it directly and help them recognize it, guiding them toward the step needed for transformation.

Your wellness approach also includes working with the physical body using advanced tools like cellular biohacking technology. How do these measurements support a person’s overall transformation journey?

When you can measure your cellular health, you can know which supplements to take to improve your health. This tool is a revolution for wellness because in 15 seconds you can know your antioxidant levels and track your health, knowing if you are absorbing the supplements.

Can you tell us what inspired you to be part of ageLOC WellSpa iO and Prysm iO, and how your vision for at-home wellness has evolved?

WellSpa belongs in every home. I use it daily for my health—to detoxify, reduce inflammation, and even for little bumps my son gets. If I catch the flu, I use it to stimulate my lymphatic system and support my immune system. It’s truly wonderful.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, you create personalized wellness recommendations. Why is individualisation so important in modern wellbeing?

Because we are all different and need to take care of ourselves differently. When a client comes to me, I make them a proposal they don’t usually expect. They might start with a course I created on Udemy to recover from burnout based on yoga nidra, or a comprehensive detox, and then we explore other steps to follow.

You’ve brought your work into corporate environments, including creative teams at the Spanish fashion brand Adolfo Domínguez. How does conscious movement and emotional wellbeing translate into the workplace?

These retreats are personalised according to what you want to work on. In this case, it was focused on connecting with one’s essence and from there, with creativity to create a collection. I also use yoga nidra meditation, present-moment tarot, painting, and writing.

You’re currently expanding your retreat experiences into luxury wellness hotel spaces. What does a “Maria retreat experience” offer that traditional wellness travel often doesn’t?

We are consciousness, mind, energy, emotions, and body. If we only work on the body, we are not addressing the root cause of health; all layers of being must be considered. In fact, I believe the path is from top to bottom, not the other way around. My intention is always to connect with the essence of who we are.

If someone begins working with you—whether in a private session or a retreat—what kind of transformation can they expect on a mind, body, and soul level?

There are many testimonials of improved physical health and greater inner peace, but I consider my expertise to lie in recognizing hidden talents and strengths. I provide insight and energy work, yet true transformation requires action once awareness has been awakened.
